Shift Transport Clerk – eThekweni – Durban Kwazulu Natal

Salary: R15-18K CTC

SHIFT Position – 4 Days On, 4 Days Off

Purpose: Oversee the warehouse day to day running, Please Note, this is a SHIFT Position – 4 Days On, 4 Days Off. Ideally suited to candidates based in eThekwini, Pietermaritzburg; Chatsworth; Cato Ridge / Surrounds

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric, Tertiary qualification advantageous
• Drivers License and Own Vehicle
• Transport experience
• MS Suite experience, Outlook, Excel etc
• ERP system knowledge, SAP / similar
• Staff & Team Management skills
• 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good interpersonal & Communication skill
• Good Team player & Co-Ordination Skill
• Knowledge of Maintenance & Preventive maintenance work at Plant Level.

Duties:

• Daily Call Off Handling & Updating,
• Domestic invoice & Documentation
• Daily Dispatch Planning/Vehicles & Utilization
• FG Administration
• Stock Control / Stock Take
• IMS Document Management
• Stock records
• Domestic stock control
• Domestic documentation Management
• Supervision of both direct and indirect subordinates
• To ensure a safe clean working environment for all warehouse staff Food Safety
