Service Attendant

Job Summary

We have afternoon and evening (12:00 PM-10:00 PM) openings for Service Attendants to staff a Quick Turn Around (QTA) area at the Hartsfield-Jackson Rental Car Center. Service Attendants are responsible for cleaning vehicles, regular vehicle maintenance (non-mechanical services like gas, air pressure, and wiper fluid), and for driving vehicles, all in a safe and timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:

Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush, or by automatic washing equipment.

Polish, dry, and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats, and exterior body by hand, using the appropriate chemicals / cleaning agents required.

Inspect vehicles for body damage and follow report procedures.

Determine need for maintenance (add windshield fluid, gasoline).

Place items left behind in vehicles in lost and found.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.

Provide excellent customer service, good team work, and professional demeanor.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

All Service Attendants must have: a valid driver license, no felony convictions, no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in last 5 years, and be legally authorized to work in the US.
