Server Administrator – Information Technology

Responsible for providing leadership, staff development, budgeting and management of key services in accordance with all federal and state regulations that govern long-term care facilities, subsidized(HUD)facilities, Assisted Living and Memory Care Assisted Living facilities. To support corporate, community and staff needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license required. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 3+ years of experience working with operational network or system technical issues. 3+ years of experience with on premise and/or cloud-based Server Administration. Configuration, installation and support of server hardware in a Virtual and On-Premise Microsoft & Linux Enterprise environment. Experience planning, design, implementation and supporting Cisco routers, switches, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Quality of Service (QoS), IP traffic, server administration. Involvement in developing or deploying IP-based network solutions or products. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in MCP, MCSE, CCNA or LPIC-2 preferred.Strong working experience with hardware, server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Visio, etc. Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of server and PC operating systems, including Active Directory, Enterprise Windows and Linux system administration. General knowledge of storage technologies such as NAS. Can perform a variety of complex tasks in a fast paced environment. Experience in open source network management tools and development. Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) helpful. Experience with Office 365 Exchange and SharePoint 2013 helpful.
