Your Function:
The IRD/FX products are key hedging instruments for Rabo’s core clients and provide useful asset/liability management capabilities for the bank itself. In addition to serving the corporate/rural/internal client base, these desks are charged with their own revenue budgets.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Primary responsibility – Risk Management for all LatAm FX and derivatives trades.
• Secondary Responsibility – Risk Management of all G10 derivative risks in desk portfolios.
• Back when necessary – Non-Linear Book up
• 2017 Budget
• Close communication with LatAm offices
• Develop Rabo’s position in LatAm markets
• Assist Sales team in promoting Latam capabilities
• Grow LatAm business from current levels

Your Profile:
Job Skills and Knowledge:

Essential:

• Expert familiarity with local market products (Brazil, Mexico, Chile)
• Strong quantitative capabilities
• Strong computer skills

Desirable:

• Spanish/Portuguese language skills
• Local & foreign trading experience
• Close knowledge of Rabobank

Qualifications:

Essential:

• College degree in economic/mathematical or similarly quantitative field
• Strong English language skills

Desirable:

• Advanced degree in Finance, mathematics or similarly quantitative field
