Senior .Net Developer Lead

REQUIRED TRAVEL: NONE

REQUIRED DUTIES:

• Participate in requirements gathering and feature estimation
• Design mock ups based on feature requirements
• Implement features according to specifications and adherence to coding standards
• Develop middle tier functionality to retrieve and model data from data warehouses
• Implement unit tests
• Investigate alternative technologies and user interface paradigms
• Performing all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) with 6 years of progressive experience in commercial ASP.net application development OR Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) with 1 year experience in commercial ASP.net application development.

The experience in commercial ASP.net application development must include the following:

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and database designing
• Expert level skill in following technologies – Asp.net, C#, JavaScript, CSS, XML, ADO.Net, MVC.
• Demonstrated extensive experience in database development for both Oracle and SQL server.
• Demonstrated knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with source control system.
• Demonstrated experience with NuGet packages.
• Demonstrated previous experience working with SOAP/REST Web API’s and Web Services.
• Demonstrated experience with AJAX and JQuery UI control Framework.
• Demonstrated experience in coding comprehensive unit tests.
• Demonstrated strong experience with code review, code refactoring and thorough understanding of various design patterns.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring team of developers, interacting with clients, coordinating and working in complex and dynamic environments.
