Bank of the West has a full-time regular opening in its San Ramon, California office for a Senior Java Developer:

Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing software applications on various server platforms. Integrate applications for Service Requests, Financial AP systems, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Third Party Risk Assessment and Purchase Order Management. Design and develop custom plugins for Appian BPMN platform. Design, document and implement complex software components and layers based on design specifications. Manage the use of enterprise assets such as frameworks, patterns and subsystems. Manage post-implementation support, including stabilization of new systems. Research and write technical specifications including problem definition according to IT development standards. Provide IT expertise in the examination and definition of objectives for existing or proposed systems and in the design of improved IT systems utilizing information services. Provide IT expertise to staff including interpretation of specifications.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.

5 years of experience in the position offered or related.

Any experience with:
J2EE;

Struts;

Hibernate;

designing software in large distributed environments; and

managing enterprise assets within entire Software Development Life Cycle.
