Senior HPE Storage Engineer

Alagen is looking to add 1-2 Senior HP Storage Engineers to their growing team in the Chicago, IL market. Looking for folks with strong 3PAR and/OR Nimble experience.

• Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and able to manage competing time demands
• VMware ESX
• Routing/Switching
• Shared Storage (fiber, iSCSI) * Strong knowledge of the following:
• System Design * Knowledge in the following is a plus:
• HPE Servers
• HPE Storage (3PAR, Nimble, Store Virtual, MSA)
• HPE networking
• Cloud migration to either AWS or Azure
• Ability to work well within a team environment to assist with daily and project related activities
• 2 Year or 4 Year college degree in related field or equivalent experience and professional training a plus
• Current Microsoft/VMware/Cisco certifications a strong plus
• Previous employment with a Systems Integrator/VAR preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
