Senior Graphic Designer

Lead creative development and execution of deliverables to reach audiences on multiple platforms

Generate new and innovative Executive presentations that may include animation and video production. Backup to Creative Director with creating presentations.

Design full-scale event creative that extends from eblast to promo items to online/print campaigns

Concept and produce animated graphics for TunedIn TV initiatives (logo design, show opens, lower thirds, transitions)

Drive design strategy and vision based on the client’s needs and direction from the Department Lead

Minimum of 3 years of agency or in-house creative team experience

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/AfterEffects/Keynote and PowerPoint

Must be able to build files for final output/production in multiple formats (print/web/video)

Knowledge of print production and digital asset delivery

Experience with creating Keynote and PowerPoint presentation decks

Demonstrates a high understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory and design principals

Effective team player with strong oral & written communication skills

Ability to collaborate, take direction from multiple leads and meet tight deadlines

Proven ability to interface with all levels of management

Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Ability to manage, prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects, and work proactively to execute under pressure

Availability to travel, and work evenings or weekends on occasion

Detail oriented and able to proof work

Solid understanding of The Walt Disney Company and subsequent lines of business as well as current trends in the entertainment industry

Experience with Cinema 4D and Final Cut

Strong illustration skills

Preferred: minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Entertainment or Communication design (Equivalent based on portfolio with professional references will be considered.)

Bachelor’s Degree

BFA with an emphasis in Design
