Senior Financial Analyst

A global company in the healthcare space is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who specializes in driving analytics and managing process improvements. The Senior Financial Analyst needs to be highly proficient in Excel modeling and driving analysis from a manufacturing perspective. In addition to being very analytical and well versed in SAP, the right candidate will ideally possess an MBA. Comprehension of manufacturing in medtech/biotech/pharma environment is essential.

The Financial Analyst will initiate SAP, Hyperion, and Excel modeling to reduce data harvest efforts, drive forward budget and forecasting plans, and prepare executive summary information for leadership. You will also be collaborating with operational managers for departmental specific bench marking in operating efficiency, and other performance metrics. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA is desirable

5-10 years of progressive analytical experience

Very strong overall knowledge of business matters

Very good proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP

Very strong business knowledge

Strong communication skills

Able to arrange balance activities to comply with different tasks

Strong project management skills
