Responsibilities
You will work in a dynamic, fast paced, high volume EDI environment that supports the New Balance consumer business across multiple distribution channels. This position will be responsible for implementing and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions. The Senior SBI EDI Analyst will contribute to the establishment of environmental excellence, which is responsive to corporate initiatives and customer requirements while providing operational efficiency through governance of business process design and mapping guidelines. The Senior SI EDI Analyst will have the ability to think critically and analytically, work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet departmental commitments.

Qualifications

• • BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi and Oracle Database – 5+ years
    • Skills to include:
      • SI BPML
      • SI MAP Editor
      • Expertise in creating maps using X12, EDIFACT, CSV, and Flat File formats
  • EDI experience – 5+ Years
  • Strong detail orientation with proven analytical and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate, in both written and oral form, with all levels of management
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive timelines
  • Apparel/Footwear industry, or equivalent a plus
  • Familiarity with Retail and OMNI channel a plus
  • Sell-side import logistics and supply chain experience a plus

  Technical:
  

  • Mapping EDI, XML, Any-to-Any documents
  • Experience in XML, XML Schema, XSLT, SQL, Dos/Shell Scripts, and DB Script
  • Scripting and FTP, SFTP, SSH, AS2, AS3, HTTP, HTTP/s protocols
  • JAVA and J2EE a plus
  • Develop and test workflows/maps using SI – QA in test and promote to production
  • Transactional Data management including archiving and purging, import and export of data objects, and data refreshes of Development, QA and Production environments
