Senior Brand Designer

Carry out the creative brief to deliver quality design

Take ownership, responsibility and accountability of projects

Interpret the client’s business and marketing needs to develop a suitable concept

Team member and point of contact for any relevant design issues

Meet with clients as required to discuss business objectives and creative solutions

Construct clear and convincing presentations for internal and client purposes and present confidently to clients

Develop, test and implement ideas across a range of applications

Assist directors and designers in the team to fine-tune each other’s ideas

Liaise with internal teams to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards

Accurate archiving of all data and back-up of all files and assist in the preparation of the case study

Assist in budgeting and assessing of appropriate partners/suppliers

Support junior members of the team in understanding the brief, role and assignment deliverables

Support senior and junior designers to fine-tune ideas and share experiences

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in the use of relevant design software

Technical expertise in 2D, 3D etc..

Sound knowledge across production, print and digital media

Good knowledge of material and production processes to deliver quality solutions

Awareness of emerging trends in design

Good time management, project management and presentation skills

Creative flair

Confident and articulate

Experience in design/creative environment
