Senior BPM Consultant

Levvel is looking for Senior BPM Consultants to scale Levvel’s technical BPM solutions and enable Levvel’s delivery teams. As a Senior BPM Consultant, you will be a key technical leader within Levvel’s Professional Services as well as a trusted technical advisor to Levvel’s clients. Levvel’s growth trajectory ensures that Senior Consultants will immediately impact team development and drive client interactions while working closely with our clients, Levvel’s delivery, and solution engineering teams. Not only do Levvel’s Senior Consultants become experts at scaling process applications on our solutions, but they also become business process experts in the various industries of their clients.

About You

  • You are an expert practitioner in system design with hands-on technical experience
  • You have demonstrated past breakout success with Enterprise Systems design and implementation
  • You have scaled enterprise systems to address high volume and transaction requirements
  • You have an understanding of and experience with modern integration technologies
  • You are excited by tough challenges and are a natural problem solver
  • You have software consulting experience in using business process automation technologies/platforms
  • You have experience with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN)
  • At a minimum, you have a Bachelor of Science degree in addition to 5 years of IT experience

How You’ll Contribute

  • Work directly with project stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of multiple projects to define, design, implement, and review business process based solutions.
  • Work with teams to identify and remediate technical risks early in the application development lifecycle.
  • Work with clients to identify the best areas to invest their development resources as a part of their roadmap.
  • Work with clients on all aspects of their program to drive technical success and efficiency, including version control, configuration management, and other DevOps practices.
  • Drive Levvel solution adoption by empowering clients to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own.
  • Work with clients to build their BPM program using best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive technical knowledge within your project portfolio and ensure Levvel staff’s continuous learning and improvement.
  • Design and review complex solutions with BPM software and remove technical impediments.
  • Independently interface with client enterprise architecture teams as needed during the design and implementation of scalable solutions.
  • Collect and review technical challenges with a team of architects and design solutions using best practices.
  • Develop and conduct best practices workshops within your project portfolio or across regional teams.
  • Contribute directly to the product feedback loop based on design patterns, field feedback, implementation challenges, and product features needed by Levvel’s clients.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years related experience in IT
  • Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications in particular subject to Agile delivery methodologies
  • Strong technical development skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and design skills
  • Strong experience in BPM technologies

Experience or working knowledge in each of the following technologies

  • Business Process Automation platform (e.g., Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite, Oracle Business Process Management Suite, IBM Business Process Manager, etc.)
  • JEE Application Servers (e.g., Red Hat EAP, JBoss, Tomcat)
  • Web Servers (e.g., Apache, IIS)
  • RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Web Service API patterns (e.g., API Gateways, SOAP, ReST)
  • DevOps – CI/CD, Git – Preferred
  • Technologies/languages such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON, etc.
