Key Responsibilities

Implementation, maintenance and enhancement of loan covenant management policies, processes and procedures.

Manage Supervision Missions and Liaison with Lenders and other stakeholders

Effectively implement disbursement processes to facilitate liquidity management and ensure that funds are disbursed to Eskom in line with the funding plan

Manage and control daily activities and administration
