Requirements:

  • Well presented with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Computer Skills – Proficient in Sage Evolution
  • 8-10 Years Experience in a creditors role
  • Degree or equivalent in Finance
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • The ability to receive instruction from the supervisor in charge and/or management and complete the task in an orderly manner
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, responsibility and flexibility
  • Able to work with limited supervision

    • Duties:

  • Process accounts payables in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data on the Sage Evolutions Software.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve supplier billing issues
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger weekly and monthly to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Supply management with supplier reconciliations
  • Facilitate payment of payments due
  • Load Sales orders on Sage Evolution for Production
  • Assist in reconciling customer sales orders.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
