Seasonal Reservationist/Customer Service

Job Summary

About The Position : Tours Northwest is seeking a reservationist to join our small office team for our upcoming 2018 season! This person will work closely with our dispatch & reservations staff, tour guides and concierge to ensure our guests experience the best of Seattle possible. Tours Northwest provides a fun, upbeat, fast-paced environment as well as opportunities to connect visitors from across the world with the best of Seattle.

Duties include, but not limited to: answering multi-line phones, accurately inputting reservations & other general office/administration duties

Compensation: $15/hour

Shift: Flex schedule 25-35 hours/week including weekends

May- October
