SAS Coder / Data Engineer – 158

Our client, one of the world’s most successful property and casualty insurers, has asked us to provide them with a super-strong SAS & SQL expert through the end of the year to work with their existing teams on critical predictive analytics initiatives. THE WORK: The chosen consultant will be working on a highly skilled team with some of the latest SAS and database technologies. The work includes extracting data from SQL sources and supporting predictive modeling projects.

LOCATION: This client is located in the center of Seattle, WA – one of the coolest towns in the US. Seattle is a diverse city home to some of the world’s technology leaders, like Amazon, Boeing, and Microsoft. (If you’re a coffee fan, Seattle is also the home of Starbucks!)

DURATION: The chosen consultant will be required through the end of the year. This client, also, has a history of extending strong players for multiple terms.

REQUIRED: Applicants must be very strong in the following skills:

• Base SAS
• SQL
• Strong verbal communication skills

DESIRED: In addition, it would be great if you had some background in:

• SAS EG
• MS SQL Server
• The property and casualty insurance industry
