Technical Lead, SAP

The Technical Lead will be responsible for monitoring and addressing day-to-day system performance, efficiency and availability of production systems within area of responsibility per established service level agreements and supporting Epson’s essential business functions by providing technical leadership in the development and maintenance of large, complex on-line and batch business information systems according to specifications and schedules while meeting quality requirements, and overseeing solution architecture, technical design, and development for large, complex projects.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years+ of SAP experience
• Service management process with in-dept knowledge of in-house repairs, In/Out – warranty exchanges, warranty claims process.
• Familiar with SAP Notification object, Installed bases and service contracts
• Overview of SAP Order to Cash process and Procure to pay processes.
• Good understanding of overall integration with Finance and Accounting.
• Preferable in consumer electronics industry
• Experience with S4 HANA is a plus
• Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S. experience)
