Description

As a SAP Solution Developer you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Responsible for various development tasks related to turnkey projects and ongoing support for the organization
• Develop ABAP programming objects and configuration including user-exits, reports, interfaces, BAPI, BADI, SmartForms, LSMW, ODATA services and dialog programs
• Participate in gathering requirements and investigating alternatives. Research and evaluate relevant technologies and present alternative solutions
• Develop functional and technical specifications. Participate in the development, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions

Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or equivalent technical experience in an IT environment
• 5+ years of ABAP/4 programming experience with enhancement tools like BTEs, user-exits and BADIs, ALV reports, forms (Adobe, SmartForms & SAPScripts), data conversions using LSMW, BAPI and RFCs and ODATA services
• Sound knowledge and understanding of ABAP Objects is required
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to provide technical knowledge to the functional teams to accurately develop the technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with clients, co-workers and management
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a team environment
• Recent experience on SAP R/3 Version 6 and working knowledge of multiple modules including FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, WM, QM, PM, CRM modules

The following skills and attributes are preferred:

• Knowledge of ABAP OOP, Web Dynpro/FPM, Adobe forms, SAP Workflows, NW Gateway
• Any experience with SAPConsole, BSP Applications, BW and Enterprise Portal
• Understanding and experience in a cGMP validated environment
