Kellton Tech is currently seeking an experienced and talented SAP Solutions Engineer/Director to join our SAP Business Unit. Our company provides S/4 HANA, Leonardo, and SAP Analytics Cloud services to mid-sized and large businesses.In this role, you will focus on supporting the SAP Business Unit from a solutions perspective.

You will be challenged to learn, support, and demo SAP solutions for net new customers and existing customers.To be successful you would need understand how SAP solutions meet the needs of small and large businesses. This will require working closely with the sales team and the services team. Strong communication, problem solving skills, and analytical skills will help the you succeed in this role.

Position requires travel up to 70-80%. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

Primary Responsibilities:

Spearhead the company’s S/4HANA, Leonardo, and SAP Analytic Cloud efforts to promote, sell and help customers adopt these solutions.
Educate the organization about new SAP products, functions, versions, compatibility, business scenario solutions, challenges, etc.
Answer customer RFP & RFIs in software evaluation and solution queries.
Put together tailored demonstrations for customer presentations and sales cycles.
Assist with putting together marketing collateral to help promote company services and products.
Ability to take customer recipes and create demo’s for net new opportunities and be able to present the Demo’s to prospective customers
Work with Demand Gen teams to tailor campaigns and drive pipeline.
Use excellent written and verbal communication skills to help liaison with SAP support teams, customer contacts, and internal sales and support teams.
Work closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams to equip them with material and knowledge about current and future SAP offerings.
Work with delivery team to properly assess prospects, build and collaborate on proposals, solution architect, and be part of demos and prospect presentations.
Build and maintain our SAP environments consistency, adapt SAP solutions in demo environments for tailored client demonstrations.
Obtain and maintain SAP certifications for sales & presales for the solutions supported by the business unit

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related areas
Graduate degree is a plus.
US Citizenship and/or Green card required.
C-Level customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills
10+ years of SAP experience doing Pre-sales and solutions development
Previous experience in consulting, team leading, project management experience
Ability to inspire, mentor and motivate a team of presales/consultants.
10+ years working knowledge of ERP and SAP business applications
