Responsibilities: * Good Technical Experience in writing Performance Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Automated scripts, and Coordinating the setting up of Performance Test Environment.

Must be able to create customized Load Runner VuGen scripts at API level, user defined functions, development libraries (classes and methods), and error handling.

Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.

Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code.

Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.

7+ years application Performance testing experience/ test script development and implementation experience.

Focus on in memory database performance testing and analysis * Work with engineering and datacenter delivery teams to collect requirements, plan and conduct performance tests (load, scalability, longevity, stress) and produce performance metrics * Analyze performance implication in product/feature/architecture * Manage tools and general framework to enable developers and QA engineers with performance assessment * Support performance assessment for customer go-lives * Benchmark application KPIs and analyze customer end user experience

Required experience:

• LoadRunner: 4 years
