SAP Integration Analyst

Job Summary:

As part of the Supply Chain Process Improvement Team, responsible for understanding, supporting and troubleshooting IT systems and processes to support the demand and supply planning requirements of the team on time in full. This person will be responsible on integrating and consistency checking the data in which is integrated. This person will also be responsible to research issues found by the S&OP team and ensure corrective action is followed through.

Job Responsibilities:

  • SAP Production Planning. Monthly Cycle. Monitor and transmit monthly demand and supply confirmation jobs while also monitoring supply-demand equations, Deployment, and orders generation
  • Demand Planning and Master Data – Weekly Cycle. Code approvals and system extensions of the code
  • SAP Manufacturing/Production Planning Environments. Master Data creation and maintenance (including Amadeus Reports, exported countries Master Data transmission)
  • System Troubleshooting and Production Planning IT Support team interface
  • Support MSL Launch & Planning teams with system reports and Alerts management
  • Project liaison (including transfers) for Affiliates, Factories, or other Info Cell Personnel within MSL
  • Assist in training for new MSL team members
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting
  • Assist with Budget & pricing exercises as needed

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred; preferably in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology/Management, Computer Science,
  • 2-3 years’ experience in support of Supply Chain planning system (SAP APO preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced data analytic skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate root cause analysis, ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of SAP and database management
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence functional groups
  • Ability to engage in healthy conflict and demonstrate resilience
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet commitments
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented team player
  • Commitment to internal and external customer service
  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes- Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics
  • Interpret sales, forecasts, production quantities. Understand concepts of management of product hierarchies, product locations, supply planning and order processing via IT systems
