SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Softtek Integration Systems, Inc . currently seeking a SAP HCM Functional Consultant responsible of the development of IT solutions for Human Resources functions in SAP HCM to support our client near Seattle, WA. This is a Full-Time Position.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with business Subject Matter Experts, user community, other SAP analysts, technical and development teams, and other team members in the organization, on SAP maintenance and support tasks, projects, and initiatives.
• Coordinate the life cycle of application changes, corrective and new functionalities, in the area of responsibility, including business process analysis, systems analysis, business process blueprinting, configuration, development, testing, cut-over preparation, end user training, and go-live activities as well as post go-live system and end user support.
• Performs SAP configuration to support changing and new business needs.
• Participate as part of the internal SAP Application Maintenance and Support team.

Qualifications

• Academic Degree/level: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS or related discipline, or Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience (6 years)
• Areas of Expertise: Human Capital Management (HCM) modules of SAP ECC 6.0, including Payroll and Time Management.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years as SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) functional analyst, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Language: Written and spoken command of English is required.
• Must be a SAP expert in HCM functions, such as Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Time Management, Self-Services, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Ability to implement best practices of Human Resources processes in SAP through design of application configuration, with minimum development and system customization
• Excellent communication and business relationship skills.
• Ability to review and understand SAP configuration, interfaces, and programs to coordinate the trouble shoot of defects or incidents reported in the operation of the SAP solution.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 EHP5 or superior.
• Success Factors Performance and Goals experience is desirable.
• Spanish Fluency is preferred.
