Sales Representative (Outside)

SaveCal is looking for full-time outside sales representatives (energy home improvement). Our 20 year mission of making quality home improvement upgrades has been to provide our customers with easy affordable financing while making their dreams come true and contributing to a greener world. Requirements:

• Self-motivated, engaged and willing professionals who have home improvement sales experience
• Professional verbal communication
• Calm, collective and possess a soft-selling style
• Natural desire to proactively engage prospective customers face-to-face
• Understanding appointments plus software
• Effective closing technique
• Demonstrate success in maintaining sales and achieving company goals and standards
• Someone who has a competitive spirit and driven by their own success
• Takes accountability
• Must have valid driver’s license

Description:

• Report to the office a few times a week but needs to be available for phone and text communication at all times with leadership
• NO cold calling
• Quote standard services and initiate enrollments
• Cooperate within a sales team to ensure team performance is in lines with sales targets and company objectives
