1099 – Bilingual Outside Sales Representative (Energy Home Improvement)

SaveCal is looking for full-time outside sales representatives (energy home improvement). Our 20 year mission of making quality home improvement upgrades has been to provide our customers with easy affordable financing while making their dreams come true and contributing to a greener world. Outside Sales Representative (Energy Home Improvement) Requirements:

• Proven financial sales track record.
• Self-motivated, engaged and willing professionals who have home improvement sales experience.
• Professional verbal communication.
• Calm, collective and possess a soft-selling style.
• Natural desire to proactively engage prospective customers face-to-face.
• Understanding appointments plus software.
• In-depth understanding of effective closing technique.
• Bilinguals preferred, but not required.

Outside Sales Representative (Energy Home Improvement) Description:

• Report to the office a few times a week but needs to be available for phone and text communication at all times with leadership.
• NO cold calling required.
• See 3-4 appointments per day.
• Quote standard services and initiate enrollments.
• Cooperate within a sales team to ensure team performance is in line with sales targets and company objectives.
