IBEX Global is recruiting entry level Inbound Sales Advocates to assist customers who chat and call in with questions about a popular fitness product.

Responsibilities:

Our Sales Advocates perform the following tasks:

• Assist customers by chat and phone
  
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and helpful communication
• Become an expert on each product and how they work
  
  • Carefully listen and understand what your customer is saying
• Build Rapport and get to know your customers by asking questions and engaging with them
• Explain product features and benefits
• Match your customer with the product best for them and help them place their order

Job Requirements
Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent

• Basic computer skills

• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute

• Ability to multi-task

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Company drug screen and background check are required

Competitive Pay $11.50/hr
