Sales Executive

HospiceMed is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company that provides pharmacy solutions to hospice agencies. We are seeking to hire an experienced Sales Executive to help us achieve our aggressive revenue expansion goals. We are seeking a hands-on sales executive with a proven record of consultative and solutions selling. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new prospects and manage accounts throughout entire sales process: identify/qualify, contact, product presentation, customer relationship development, negotiate, close, manage ongoing customer relationship post-sell.
  • Present SaaS product benefits, technical concepts, and business solutions clearly through web and on-site demonstrations.
  • Lead generation through target account selling, outbound cold calling, and leveraging the salesforce.com database.
  • Close inbound calls and marketing lead generation opportunities.
  • Learn the product at a highly proficient level including understanding of technical specifications, industry, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Represent company and platform at trade shows and conferences
  • Work collaboratively with Director of Sales, Marketing and Support.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and results.
  • Utilize and update Sales Force CRM accurately and consistently with account information and sales activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills and internet savvy with a good understanding of Web-based technologies.
  • Capable of managing the full sales cycle from cold-calling prospects, qualifying and closing inbound. opportunities to negotiating and closing enterprise deals.
  • Well organized with good prospecting and follow-up skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of relevant b2b sales experience in a fast-paced environment closing enterprise sized deals.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions (plus).
  • Conceptual understanding of SaaS deployment technology (plus).
  • Pharmacy education/experience (plus).
  • Frequent travel required.
