Sales Development Representatives Manager

For our Boston office, located in the heart of Fort Point, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative Manager to lead a team of smart, energetic, high-potential Sales Development Representatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a new, fast growing team of Boston-based Sales Development Representatives
  • Motivate, lead and develop a strong team culture
  • Hands on role in helping to develop best practices for qualifying leads
  • Develop and implement new outbound sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key market share
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to further develop the reps
  • Close collaboration and coordination with Athens office to ensure goals are aligned and met
  • Hold reps accountable for hitting (daily/weekly/monthly) activity and performance metrics
  • Leverage reporting metrics for coaching, quality assurance and performance management
  • Provide feedback and insights into what’s working and identify areas of improvement to sales and marketing leadership
  • Onboard new team members and assure quick ramp up
  • Manage professional development expectations, and help the team develop skills for future career path growth
  • Ability to write clear and compelling email copy for both inbound and outbound campaigns

Requirements
:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 2 years’ B2B sales experience; 1+ year(s) in a Sales Development leadership position

• Has run and created multiple outbound lead campaigns

• Track record of superior performance metrics

• Ability to develop strong internal relationships

• Familiarity with CRM software (SFDC) and other SDR tech

• Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve

• Team spirit; you seriously care about what you do and appreciate collaborating with your colleagues
