Sales Designer

Küster is looking for an energetic, sell-starter that can be an integral part of the growth of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for distributing marketing packets to dental offices on a weekly basis based upon pre-arranged appointments. (The candidate will not be responsible for cold-calling those appointments.) Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for making the initial site visit/prospect meeting when new leads call and inquire about our services.

We estimate hours to be approximately 16-24 per week depending upon the number of packets to be distributed and initial site visits required.

As a significant portion of the responsibilities requires meeting with clients and prospects, reliable and dependable transportation is required.

While the successful candidate has flexibility to set her/his own schedule, since dental offices tend to take appointments on Tuesday and Thursday’s, working all or a portion of those days is probably best.

An associates or bachelors degree in interior design, industrial design, graphic design, or architecture is beneficial when meeting with prospects and discussing their design project needs.

Additionally, experience in dental, optical, or medical sales is beneficial, but not required.
