Wilson Learning Corporation is a global provider of Human Performance Improvement Solutions who specializes in sales and leadership training programs for large corporate clients. We have a rare opening in our Edina, Minnesota office for a Sales, Client and Instructor Support Specialist.

Working within our Client Relations department, the successful candidate will join a group of professionals who are responsible for managing the administrative processes necessary to implement and complete client projects. In particular, the Sales, Client and Instructor Support Specialist will act as a liaison between sales people and clients; process and monitor client contracts; process orders and invoices; set-up projects; administer payment to instructors; solve client problems; and promote Wilson Learning’s offerings to clients. He or she will also provide ongoing support to Wilson Learning’s network of instructors, writers and designers.

The Sales, Client and Instructor Support Specialist is an important point of contact for Wilson Learning clients, Agencies, Account Executives, Instructors and our global office personnel.

Some of the essential duties and responsibilities of the position are to:

  • Serve as ongoing relationship manager for Wilson Learning internal and external clients and liaison between them and Wilson Learning.
  • Provide support to Account Executives/Agents, including responding to questions about implementation requirements, potential instructor resources, products and pricing.
  • Assist with onboarding of new Account Executives and Agents.
  • Project Manage all aspects of basic product customization for our Account Executives and Agents using our project management software system.
  • Process instructor invoices and billable expenses in our financial software system.
  • Create system generated invoice requests for client projects.
  • Place and confirm orders for customers including information regarding tracking of product shipments.
  • Communicate with our manufacturing/printing vendor regarding order issues and / or changes.
  • Coordinate logistics and establish processes as required for virtual and traditional classroom training sessions for our instructors, the annual Instructor Awards Forum, and ongoing certification and recertification events for our clients and instructor resources.
  • Manage instructor resource guide documents on our Resource Center, and update instructor certifications, profiles, and biographies.
  • Process client returns to Wilson Learning.
  • Coordinate seminar logistics for clients.
  • Enroll client users in Wilson Learning e-learning, measurement, and Extended Learning Systems.
  • Maintain accurate and timely revenue forecasting data.
  • Stay current on new / updated product releases.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a problem solver that creates win-win solutions, proven ability to manage changing priorities while implementing multiple tasks, skillful at balancing business requirements with client needs, excellent organizing and follow up skills, and a strong ability working with Microsoft Office tools. A Bachelor’s degree or two to three years of work experience in a corporate environment is strongly preferred.
