Sales and Service Representative

Sales and Service Associate: We are looking for someone who can evaluate customer needs and provide solutions. Must have some knowledge of Apple Products and possess the skill set to deal with the public, and the desire to learn basic troubleshooting and repair. Sales experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Help customers to find products that fit their needs, diagnose technical issues, repair computer and mobile devices

Job Duties:

Welcomes customers by greeting them, offering them assistance.

Advises customers by providing information on products.

Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.

*

Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.

*

Building solutions that meet the needs of each customer.

*

Uses problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical problems.

*

Provides accurate timelines for repairs and upgrades.

*

Tests, troubleshoots, and diagnoses computer hardware failures.

*

Replaces and/or repairs faulty components.

*

Contributes to team effort by taking on additional tasks as needed.

Retail Salesperson Skills and Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Apple Products, Technical Acumen, Listening, Customer Service, Flexibility, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, High School Diploma Required

Daily Schedule:
8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday-Satudrday/Earliest to latest possible openings/closings

Hourly Rate

$10- $15 plus incentives
