RTOS/LINUX Engineer

EXPERIENCE OF FIRMWARE DEVELOPMENT IN C ON 8/16/32 BIT PLATFORM.

THE CANDIDATE MUST BE AWARE OF DEVELOPMENT IN RTOS ENVIRONMENT.

EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPING COMMUNICATION DRIVES.

UNDERSTANDING OF INTEGRATING SENSORS WITH MICROCONTROLLER FOR DATA ACQUISITION

EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN MULTITHREADING/MULTITASKING ENVIRONMENT USING RTOS

GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF RTOS CONCEPT W.R.T. HANDLING IPC OBJECTS AND TASK SYNCHRONIZATION

KNOWLEDGE OF DEVELOPING UNIT TEST CODE FOR MICROCONTROLLER PERIPHERAL QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE ABOUT INTERNALS OF OS/RTOS

GOOD HARDWARE DEBUGGING SKILLS W.R.T. TESTING CODE DEVELOPED FOR BOARD BRING-UP ESTABLISHING EFFECTIVE, OPEN COMMUNICATION CHANNELS AMONG PROJECT PARTICIPANTS AND ALL KEY STAKEHOLDER

Knowledge of network protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, ZigBee, IPv4, IPv6, etc.)

Develop and design software that will interface with various embedded stacks (BLE, Thread, ZigBee)

Debug embedded firmware.

Secondary Skills:
GOOD TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF BLUETOOTH AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION.

Experience with the spectrum tools used for source code management and development/test environments: VS, TFS, GIT, SVN, Bit Bucket, JIRA etc.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of writing appropriate documentation, and interacting with other engineering disciplines.

Strong ability to communicate deep analytical results in forms that resonate with scientific and/or business collaborators, highlighting actionable insights.
