Revenue Management Partner Development Specialist

Position Summary: The Revenue Management Partner Development Specialist will contribute to partner development capabilities in business processes, strategy execution and system integration.

Position Overview: The Revenue Management Partner Development Specialist will be part of a group that acts as a consulting team for partners to improve their revenue generation capabilities by building infrastructure and incorporating best practices in network, pricing and revenue management. The individual will have an active role in all stages of the engagement: diagnosis, providing solutions, execution, and follow up.

Primary Functions:
Contribute to development of coordinated revenue generating strategies around scheduling, pricing, availability, shopping and data analytics based on market and environment dynamics.

Engage closely and consistently with key stakeholders to improve revenue generating capabilities by focusing on business process, data sourcing, improved systems and reporting.

Coordinate the use of resources and subject matter experts to train partner employees to maximize revenue capabilities and determine solutions to repair, modify or replace systems and business processes.

Plan, prepare and deliver presentations to senior leaders both inside and outside of Revenue Management.

Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational process and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in business or an analytical discipline required.

At least 3 years of experience required.

Airline Industry preferred.

Experience in pricing, inventory management, network planning, corporate development, strategy or finance highly desired.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.

Must be highly proficient in written and oral communications.

Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people from multiple countries and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with advanced use of analytical tools such as Excel, Hyperion, SAS and proficient in understanding data flows in terms of sourcing, ETL methods and relational databases preferred.
