Reporting Analyst

ShowingTime is a profitable, fast growing software as a service company that is one of the largest technology providers to over 400,000 real estate agents in the trillion dollar US real estate industry. We currently have an opening for a Reporting Analyst. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for working with our market reports in our MarketStats division. We are looking for a person who is comfortable working with data, proficient in Excel, understands databases and loves to tinker with new technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create new market reports based on client specifications.
• Assist the Production Team with generation of the monthly reports.
• Correct errors in market reports.
• Maintain and enhance internal production tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have great attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project and deadline focused while being accurate and thorough.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team oriented environment.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Comfortable with programming languages, such as VBA, C# or Python.

PREFERRED

• Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS.
• SQL experience.
• General Knowledge of IT systems.
• Knowledge or interest in the real estate industry a plus.
