Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Market all positions in a manner consistent with the Pathway brand.
  • Have a solid understanding of positions to be filled. This may include interviewing front line team members hiring managers and direct supervisors.
  • Prepare annual Compensation Surveys for each employee.
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Develop and consistently evaluate a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefit package.
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy.
  • Ensure that all compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
  • Source active and passive candidates, conduct mass interviews.
  • Communicate with the hiring manager of each community, to ensure positions needed are the positions staffed.
  • Manage all application in Kronos on a daily basis.
  • Build outside relationships with colleges, high schools, staffing agencies, school programs.
  • Plan and run job fairs.
  • Conduct and attend career days.
  • Conduct market research on pay and positions needed.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Requirements

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • 5-10 years full life-cycle experience of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with multi-location placement.
  • Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist.
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Previous experience organizational psychology and labor market surveys.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits that can be offer to employees.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
  • 1-2 Years of HR experience.
  • Social Media savvy
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Computer literacy, specifically MSWord, Excel, etc.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Able to maintain regular attendance.
  • Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and work well under pressure.
  • Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
