Job Summary

Our Corporate Recruiters act as internal consultants for hiring managers, building long-term business relationships in order to fill roles with the best-matched talent. The Recruiter will partner closely with company leadership to understand business objectives, assess hiring needs and manage searches through the full recruiting lifecycle . You will build solid pipelines of candidates and have proven results in closing candidates.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening and face-to-face interviews through to hire
• Develop creative recruiting/sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. This will include active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling and Internet-based sourcing.
• Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through
• Work cross functionally and develop strong relationships with hiring managers through strategy meetings, status updates and constant communication

Position Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience recruiting in a corporate and/or agency capacity
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience conducting full lifecycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions
• Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting professionals of various levels and functions
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and natural ability to establish trust and credibility
• Results-driven and metrics-oriented
• Self-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing office environment
