R&D NAND Cell Wafer Level Reliability Engineer

As a NAND Engineer working with wafer level reliability, you will work on Micron’s most advanced NAND technology.

The responsibilities include coordinating testing and data analysis resources over the R&D lifecycle of the NAND technology node. You may also need to develop code to analyze data to debug issues, in particular reliability data and communicate the results in an effective way to the rest of the NAND PI and cell teams.

As a successful candidate you will have:

Experience with common programming languages is required (Python is strongly preferred)

Understanding of NAND products and features to develop the best test flows and data analysis algorithms.

Experience with SciPy, JMP or other scientific data analysis platforms is desirable

Experience with Linux systems.

Strong problem solving and statistical data analysis skills required.

Ablility to work independently or with a team.

Good project management skills

Working knowledge of Semiconductor process and devices

Experience/Education:

MS/PhD in Enigineering in Electrical Engineering or related degree or BS with 5 years experience
