Quality Analyst III – Essex

As a Quality Analyst
III, you will provide business critical data analysis and reporting across the
Beverage product stream, including product development, qualification testing,
manufacturing and field performance. In addition, you will support continuous
improvement efforts and may develop and implement solutions to support Quality
Data Systems and programs to improve overall continuous improvement
effectiveness. You must be able to think critically and support the developments
of solutions that solve immediate problems while continually driving towards
long term goals. You will be expected to deliver analyses on existing key
performance indicators (KPIs and scorecard) while also performing exploratory
analysis to identify enhanced business metrics.

Additionally, you must be able
to understand the validity of data sources, have a strong attention to detail,
and be able to communicate the analysis output effectively, both written and
verbally. This role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational
and documentation skills as well as overall comfort working with the technical
scientific and engineering team and ability to communicate succinctly with the
non-technical customer focused stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Lead
    the creation of analysis models and reports focused on evaluating Quality and
    identifying opportunities for improvement across the Supply Chain network.
  • Develop
    and implement new or complex analytic models and communication tools to support
    program requirements and improve overall effectiveness of the function.
  • May
    develop and implement solutions to support Quality Data Systems and programs to
    improve overall effectiveness.
  • Participate
    in determining objectives of assignment. Work is reviewed upon completion for
    adequacy in meeting objectives.
  • Exert
    some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the
    organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would
    normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.
  • Represent
    organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects.
  • Interact
    with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often
    requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Follow all Keurig Green
    Mountain policies and procedures.

Qualifications

What you must have:

  • Bachelor
    of Science degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences or Statistics.
  • 3-9
    years of experience with Bachelor’s degree or 2-7 years of experience with Master’s
    degree.
  • Experience
    with SQF and Food Safety principles is highly desired.
  • SAP
    experience preferred.
  • Excellent communications
    and report writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and
    maintain focus on priorities.
  • Ability to work in a
    collaborative and dynamic team environment, be punctual, and follow
    instructions.
