EXPERIENCE:

-Years Exp: 10+ as a project manager, plus additional applicable experience working on large, complex projects in technology and/or business. Each of the defined skills require 5-10 years’ experience. A well-rounded project manager will have over 10 years combined skills & experience.

-Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks.

-Leadership/Contributions: May lead multiple layers of resources.

-Experience leading $multi-million projects or programs

-Experience with managing projects specializing in financial reporting and financial system enhancements, leasing systems, logistics systems.

Certifications: PMP preferred.

TEAM DYNAMICS AND LEADERSHIP:

This must be a strong project manager with an understanding of program management. Projects consist of several work streams impacting digitalization, manufacturing, supply chain, and process improvements using an agile, scrum, or iterative approach. The successful candidate will adapt well as project leader able to bring people together, communicate, follow standards & best practices, and escalate where appropriate..

-Customers are internal to company, and may cross various departments & functions, multiple work streams.

-Escalations must be accompanied by a recommendation of corrective action or change for approval and acceptance by senior leadership.

-Project leader must drive toward getting things done

-Must be able to see the big picture while connecting the dots among project dependencies and interactions

-Interprets what the business wants so that the end result meets the desired goals and objectives.

-Project priorities may adjust as dictated by business strategy and priority. Flexibility and ability to recalibrate will be important.

Salary: $60.00 to $80.00 /hour
