Project Manager

The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and guidance to the construction team and assumes overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget. The Project Manager is responsible for active coordination of work efforts during the preconstruction, estimating, contract buyout, construction and closeout phases of project including statistical and financial reporting. This position will have an emphasis on managing projects within several vertical markets, including but not limited to healthcare, technology, education and office-type facilities. Position will involve some travel. The candidate must have specific hard bid, design-build experience with a thorough understanding of ground up and renovation projects within these vertical markets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent field

Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of project management experience

Previous estimating experience preferred in mid-size to large-scale construction projects ($20 thousand – $10 million).

Strong background in mid-size to large-scale construction projects ($1 – $15 million), with proven ability to manage renovation projects of < $5 million

Willingness to travel as needed.
