Busy construction/siding company in Rapid City SD.

Job Description:

Coordinates project start-up and mobilization, conduct preconstruction meetings. Point of contact for the client, architect, engineers and governmental entities. Oversees all aspects of the project, including but not limited to: issuing all subcontractors, approving all vendor invoices, monitoring cost of self-performed work, and pricing and issuing of project changes. Monitors project schedule to remain compliant with the project contract.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project manager experience for a general contractor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as: Excel, Word, Project and Outlook and have working knowledge of adobe.
• Acceptable candidate should have experience with large scale tenant improvement projects.
