Description

The Citi Markets Operations Technology (CMOT) Print Distributinos and Statements team is responsible for Client Communications in printed and electronic format. This includes checks, letters, notices, various types of statements, invoices, 1099 yearend statements, various IRS tax forms/letters and monthly statements. A variety of composition tools such as Streamweaver, CSF and OpenText Exstream are utilized to compose the documents in AFP, Xerox, PDF or Text format. The team requires a senior person with skills and competency to manage a Tax Reporting team, test documents with Broadridge Print Facility, mockup tax forms for the business, handle KPMG Audit related items and other administrative managerial functions. The desired candidate will prepare and manage the creation of documents for CITI clients, prepare Functional and Technical specifications, manage SDLC documentation in the Project Tracking System (PTS), manage projects, coordinate disaster recover testing for several applications, and work as a partner with Broadridge print Facility for all print testing.

Qualifications

Qualified candidate must have extensive mainframe experience coding in COBOL, JCL, VSAM and IBM utilities. Candidate must also have hands on experience in Tax reporting, print vendor applications, document composition knowledge in AFP, PDF and Opentext Exstream. This role will also require doing analyze on mainframe systems, working in the LINUX environment, write functional specifications, write test plans and perform code review, SDLC documentation, managing 1 – 2 people and administrative work. Candidate will work as part of a team and as an individually with little supervision.
