Program Manager Senior (Intel)

Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY :

Responsible for the performance of a relatively significant technical, non-technical, and/or intelligence related program or multiple smaller non-technical programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Program area typically represents more than three functional areas. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals. Responsible for the employment, training, coaching, mentoring, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core non-technical programs. Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals. Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. Provides thought leadership to project analyses and process improvement activities. Matrix manages directors/managers from multiple departments to accomplish interdepartmental initiatives. Clearly documents and presents findings including creation of diagrams and procedure documentation. Responsible for driving recommendations through to implementation. Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences. Identifies, analyzes and defines project/program requirements and scope. Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs. Defines, acquires, and allocates budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program group/function. Interviews, selects and trains staff to provide quality results for the organization as needed. Develops performance plans and evaluations of employees, including subordinate supervisors as well as reviews evaluations to assure equity of individual employee performance objectives, standards and ratings among lower level staff/groups.

Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES :

• The Senior Program Manager (PM) is the primary point of contact and is accountable for all aspects of the task order execution and manages the hands-on, day-to-day execution of operational activities, and delivery of training in support of the client’s mission.

• The PM is responsible for Task Order (TO) Oversight, oversight management services as required to provide integrated, flexible and responsive support to meet the objectives and goals of the G3 Operations Division mission.

• Responsible for operations and resourcing of all Task Order requirements, including, GFE accountability, and tasking responses.

• The PM is responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the TO.

• The PM ensures that CACI and customer management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.

• Responsible for oversight of training planning data including resource requirements (manpower, personnel, and training).

• Assist the customer in follow-on training recommendations including justification and impact on mission.

Work directly with the Program Director (you) to facilitate a continuing, transparent clear relationship with the Task Order customer and their reporting chain (Or some other CRM customer relationship message)

· Be the daily, principal corporate face to the customer to ensure a consistent corporate response to customer queries and proactive response to program development.

· Supervise, collect and manage performance metrics to ensure full contract delivery transparency to the customer and corporate officials.

· Team dynamics management

• The PM manages and conducts operational activities that support FMV and GEOINT Core Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (C-PED) for customer.

• The PM shall provide the necessary support to conduct operations in a 24/7/365 dynamic, hi-tempo work environment in support of the national security objectives and/or members of the Intelligence Community.

Required Qualifications :

• Requires Active TS/SCI, Full Scope Polygraph (Or willing to submit to one)

• Current PMP certification

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field and minimum of 10 years’ experience in Geospatial and /or FMV, OR

• 10-20 year career in GEOINT and/or FMV

• Demonstrated knowledge of Geospatial and FMV analytic tools and processes

• Requires QA/QC qualifications of all mission related products generated by the team.

• Geospatial Professional Certification (Level 1 & 2)

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with senior officials, managers, and manage subordinates.

• Effective communicator

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.

Desired Qualifications :

Master Degree in Related Field.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 16 or more years of experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
