As a Program Manager, you will have ownership to organize and coordinate internal programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and other program managers in different groups You will also oversee the progress of operations. You will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Release Tracking internal to the ICE Team
• Contribute to the overall Planning efforts through bottoms-up effort coordination and real time status
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects
• Managing internal ICE stakeholders’ communication
• Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the overall program’s “outcome”
• Act as an interface with Integration and Validation efforts
• Managing and coordinating overall technical release documentations effort of the Lead Technical writer
• Make decisions on release strategy and software branching and configuration management workflow
• Have a dotted line reporting to overall ICE Vehicle Program Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess good communication skills with acute business acumen
• Ability to travel both nationally and internationally based on business needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record as software program/systems program manager
• The ideal candidate should be able to manage deliverables of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.
• Extensive experience in embedded systems development and hardware
• Practical knowledge of software development processes
• Proven experience in utilizing agile development workflow management tool
• Fluency in English and Mandarin would be advantageous but not a strict requirement
