Production Engineer

Applicant needs to have experience in Solidworks and the Microsoft Office Suite; experience in Featureworks CAM software is a plus. A very strong proficiency in reading and interpreting traditional aerospace blueprints for manufacturing and work instruction development is a requirement. A high-level understanding of turbine engine operation, construction, and manufacturing techniques is a strong plus. Bachelors of Science in Production or Manufacturing Engineering with 4 years of applied experience, or 8 years of applied experience in the field is required. Duties to include, but not limited to, writing job manufacturing instructions (Travelers, MOTs, etc.) from blue prints, interacting with customer’s engineers, supporting CEL engineering staff designing components in support of customer’s needs, interfacing with machinists and technicians to complete tasks. Must be a self-starter with good interpersonal skills, and ability to drive tasks to completion.
