packaging concepts, and PWB’s) from the development phase through product
launch. This includes driving
requirements flow down from design and manufacturing to production test,
performing evaluations to verify quality and reliability, and leading yield
improvement efforts on several critical sub-assemblies that are processed by a
variety of suppliers. This includes

require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity to electrical designs that
support new features and new therapies for pacing, defibrillation, pain
stimulation, diagnostics monitoring, and sensing platforms. Provide direct
customer contact and product development/planning for concept definition and
other functional areas including marketing, manufacturing and regulatory
requirements; and utilize undergraduate or graduate level research and analysis
skills for electronics design, root cause analysis, system/therapy

advanced packaging) level, predictive modeling, understanding root-cause
failure analysis to improve design, and manufacturing process and test
methodology. This involves analysis and
correlation of manufacturing, parametric, and test data to design a subassembly
and anticipate or resolve yield issues for new and existing designs. It is also expected that the product engineer
