The Production Designer supports creative teams to execute a variety of projects across all agency clients. A team player, the ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to work across many design software platforms. Typical projects include advertising (print and online), collateral, direct mail, tradeshow booths and presentation design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with creative teams to design/execute creative concepts
• Support account and new business teams with presentation and proposal design
• Balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Work within tight deadlines and daily client requests for files, revisions and templates
• Follow client brand identity standards
• Conduct photo, illustration and promotional item searches
• Work with agency art buyer to purchase, catalog and manage client artwork and photos
• Create design templates (including style sheets, color palettes, etc.)
• Troubleshoot design/production issues
• Build design files and artwork based on team, client or vendor specifications
• Prepare final press- or digital-ready files, including interactive PDFs
• Assure design and production quality standards are met
• Handle basic retouching
• Communicate with vendors when necessary
• Keep up with industry trends, as well as new technologies and software

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BA in Graphic Design
• 2-3 years work experience
• Excellent designer with keen attention to detail
• Full understanding of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Apple Keynote
• Experience with Sketch and Adobe After Effects a plus
• Proactive, deadline-driven approach
• Curious, persistent and plays well with others
