Product Manager

The Kini Group is seeking a Product Manager who shares our passion helping companies build data-driven cultures and transform their business strategies with powerful analytics.

The ideal candidate collects customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve our business analytics software and improve customers’ user experiences. He or she will own the evolution of KiniMetrix, from user suggestion management to successful execution within the software.

Position Responsibilities

Ultimately, the Product Manager will own and handle all bugs, improvements, and questions regarding KiniMetrix. Specific responsibilities include:

• Development of product vision and evolution
• Software bug and update ownership and management
• Open communication and collaboration with Customer Success Managers, sales and marketing teams, and other team members to facilitate promotion of new functionalities and features
• Running live demos of the software for prospective and existing clients
• Ongoing competitive research to ensure KiniMetrix remains innovative and an industry leader
• Collection of customer feedback to constantly improve the software
• Regular user experience testing to deliver impeccable user experiences for customers
• Evaluations of customer success through reporting on how KiniMetrix is (and isn’t) used
• Defining success for and building quarterly, annual, and long-term goals for the product

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• 7-9 years of software project and/or product management experience, preferably with analytics software
• A passion for new technology and tools
• A willingness to embrace change and adapt strategies quickly
• Experience with Business Intelligence, analytics and dashboard/reporting software
• Experience in customer experience management
• Proven track record for managing multiple projects at once in an agile environment
• A self-starter who can responsibly and reliably deliver results without constant supervision
• Ability to effectively manage his/her own schedule and deliver end products in a high-quality manner, on time
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to take on new roles as the company grows and evolves
• Passion for entrepreneurship
• Capability to operate in a 100% virtual environment
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in business or relevant technical field
