Private Equity VP – GP/LP

Landmark Capital Advisors is expanding, we are seeking a Private Equity Vice President in Real Estate for our New York office. They will be responsible for raising GP/LP as part of our Multifamily platform.

Main Responsibilities:

– Raise a minimum of $100 Million in GP/LP funds for the first year

– Structure Real estate deals with investment partners, JV’s, and REITS

– Bring in a ‘book of business’ to the firm with an existing list of potential investors

– Maintain relationships with investors

– Network at various real estate events

Requirements:

– Existing network/contact list of investors

– Direct experience in raising funds for a Family Office including investments from high net worth individuals.

– 10 years of experience in Private Equity / Capital Markets / Business Development within the real estate sector

– Very strong communication and networking skills

Job Type: Commission

Salary: $150,000.00 /year
