WhiteHorn Partners LLC (“WHP”) is a private investment firm based in San Diego, CA that sources and evaluates small / mid-sized businesses across the country for potential acquisition. WHP was founded, and is currently managed, by two brothers with significant experience in investment banking, private equity and corporate M&A.

Position Description

WhiteHorn Partners offers a unique blend of entrepreneurial culture and corporate finance experience. Analyst Interns will work directly with the founders and will gain direct exposure to live transactions. Interns will primarily assist with deal sourcing, analysis, and market research. There are full-time and part-time internship positions available, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week required.

WHP is seeking candidates who are diligent, detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.

The internship is unpaid, and may be eligible for college credit, subject to the approval of the respective institution. WHP will provide letters of recommendation as well as professional introductions for interns.
