PLAYERS CLUB CLERK

The Primary responsibility of the Players Club Clerk is to provide excellent guest service when assisting Club Metro

Members of MotorCity Casino Players Club. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental

and MotorCity Casino Hotel’s policies, practices and procedures.

• Communicates the benefits of the Players Club to guests.
  
• Establishes and maintains new club memberships in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
  
• Assists with Promotions and Special Events to drive additional business to the property.
  
• Provides superior customer service to all internal and external guests in compliance with MotorCity Casino Hotel’s service standards.
  
• Safeguards the assets of MotorCity Casino Hotel; also adheres to and complies with both departmental and overall property, policies and procedures.
  
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• One year experience in customer service.
  
• Proven professional and polite personality required.
  
• Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast pace environment.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Computer knowledge and experience required.
  
• Must be able to stand throughout your shift.
